CTET SEPT 2016 - Apply Online, Exam Date, Admit Card

CTET SEPT 2016 - The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published notification for CTET online application to become a teacher in Classes I-V: Primary Stage & Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage.

Now all candidates can fill online application from 22.06.2016 to 18.07.2016 through official website i.e. ctet.nic.in and the board will organize entrance exam on 18.09.2016 all over the country.

Last date for submission of fee – July 19, 2016 (before 3:30 pm)

Final status of candidates-check status and particulars of candidates whose fees received – July 20, 2016

Period for online corrections in particulars – July 20 to July 25, 2016

Download admit card from CTET website – August 17, 2016

The Central Board of Secondary Education is a Board of Education for public and private schools, under the Union Government of India. Teacher Eligibility Test known as TET is an Indian entrance examination for teachers.

CTET APPLICATION FEE 2016

  • Paper-1 or Paper-2: Applicants belonging to the General Category/OBC should pay Rs. 600 and SC/ST/PHD
  • should pay 300/-
  • Paper-1 and Paper-2: Applicants belonging to the General Category/OBC should pay Rs. 1000 and SC/ST/PHD should pay 500/-
Candidates can register online on the official website www.ctet.nic.in by paying an application fee. General/OBC candidates have to pay Rs.600 for (paper I or paper II). The combined fee for both exams is Rs.1000 (paper I and paper II).

For reserved category (SC/ST), the fee is Rs.300 (paper I or paper II), and Rs.500 (paper I and paper II). Fees can be paid online using debit or credit card and offline via challan to be deposited with Syndicate Bank or Canara Bank.

CTET APPLICATION FORM ONLINE REGISTRATION: STEPS

The aspirants who can apply for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET September 2016) online by logging on CTET official website only. Before applying online, candidates need to ensure that they have scanned image of latest photograph and signature in JPG format only, for uploading and a copy of class Xth certificate. Apply before 19 July 2016.

STEP1. Firstly logged into the official website i.e. www.ctet.nic.in

STEP2.
Now click on Proceed to Apply Online.


STEP3. Now fill the Online Application with the accurate information.

STEP4. Upload your scanned passport sized photograph and signature at the given place.

STEP5. Now pay the Application Fee of Rs.600/- for General and Rs.300/ for SC/ST for Paper I and II, and Rs.1000/- for General and Rs.500/ for SC/ST for both Paper I and II.The Fee will be pay either through Bank Challan and Debit or Credit Card.

STEP6. Now click on submit button and get a print out of the Confirmation Page for further references.

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

OR

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

OR

Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).
